Mu-I Taiji is a ten-step form of taiji that is taught in conjunction with Forward Stance and 60/40 Stance™. It is notable that Mu-I Taiji is not considered traditional taiji, as its specific purpose is to help illuminate practitioners’ understanding and relationship to the four core principles of Forward Stance: stance, breath, awareness, and energy. Mu-I Taiji can be translated as “fearless taiji.”
