Transformative Power of Forgiveness for Change-Makers

workshop combines practical tools with new

concepts from interpersonal neurobiology including an introduction to the ‘social

nervous system’ to provide a framework for understanding and actualizing the power of
forgiveness in personal healing and broad-scale social transformation.  This workshop
explores: 1) our beliefs and preconceived notions as change makers about forgiveness,

2) how and why forgiveness is an essential practice for change makers and thought

leaders, 3) the inner and outer conditions that make forgiveness possible in the context

of present and/or historical power asymmetries and systematic injustice.
