working towards body acceptance & radical self love
*queer & trans focused, open to straight allies

Registration Here —> bit.ly/QBL-XC <—

Facilitated by Elizabeth Cooper & co-presented by the Center for Transformative Change

This Queer Body Love workshop will create a safe space for you to receive support & guidance, held in community who share similar struggles.

I introduce the three keys to healing your relationship to your body, food and yourself so you can:

*Feel great naked.
*Eat without worry.
*Stop dieting & trust yourself and your body.
*Deepen a sense of confidence in yourself as a powerful, beautiful human being

You will look deeply into your own patterns. You will gain insights & tools to make sustainable shifts towards radical body & self love that you can use right away. We will use meditation, movement, journaling and discussion to explore these topics in community.

You deserve to shine, feeling strong & beautiful, inside and out.
This is your moment. Come join me for a series of inspiration, insight, & support to begin a sustainable shift towards radical self-love, once and for all.

Facilitated by Elizabeth Cooper, a queer body love coach based in the Bay Area who supports folks find freedom from struggles with food, body image and self worth so they can live into the power and beauty of who they are.

Co-presented by the Center for Transformative Change, the first national center entirely dedicated to bridging the inner and outer lives of social change agents, activists and allies to support a more effective, more sustainable movement of social justice for all.

**************** Accessibility information ****************

In order for our community members with chemical sensitivities to participate, I ask that you refrain from wearing scented products, including colognes and perfumes, clothing washed in scented detergents, and hair and body products with fragrance, including essential oils. The Center for Transformative Change burns incense some days (they will not the day we’re in the space) and other than that are scent free, although they are open to the public. I request that participants do not wear any scents on this day. For more about how to go fragrance free, please see the East Bay Meditation Center’s guide. If you want more information about the scents in the space, feel free to contact me at [email protected].

The Center for Transformative Change is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. I host other workshops in spaces that are wheelchair accessible – please be in touch if this is of interest.

There will be opportunities for self-directed movement that can be done in a chair or standing. If you need ASL interpretation please be in touch by April 27th.

I would like to work with you to make this event work for you and your needs as much as within my power. If you have accessibility needs I don’t address here please let me know. [email protected].
