Morning urbanRetreat

For those of you wanting additional practice before our wellbeing ceremony, you are invited to start with us at 7am. Plan to eat a light breakfast on your own before practice to get you through the morning, and arrive to be on your cushion 15 minutes before 7! We’ll share a meal after the wellbeing ceremony finishes at 10:30.
