Leadership Embodiment Course

We are all leaders at various times in our work, families and communities.  And we all juggle multiple pressures – work, family, friends, colleagues, email, finances, chores, traffic …not to mention our lively inner critics.

When the heat turns up, we can lose our capacity to be wise, compassionate, and strong.  We say things we regret, avoid decisions, seek approval, push too hard, and give away our power. Often our minds understand how to be more skillful, yet we are not able to do what we understand.  If knowing were enough, we would already be doing it. Moreover, over 80% of all communication is non-verbal.  We say one thing with our words, and our bodies may tell a different story.

In this workshop you will discover what your non-verbal patterns are, and learn to shift into the more skillful leader that you know you can be.
